Shipping
We ship all orders via Zásilkovna and partner carriers across Europe.
- Czech Republic: delivery typically within 1–3 business days
- International (EU): delivery typically within 3–7 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are made at the customer’s own shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- all original packaging must be included
To start a return, contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.
International Orders
For orders outside the Czech Republic:
- delivery times may vary depending on destination
- any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
